After expansion, the area of Vinh city will include current Vinh city and the entire area of Cua Lo town, the southern part of Nghi Loc district, the north of Hung Nguyen district. The new city boundary will be on the North by Nam Cam Street, in the West by Vinh bypass, in the South by Lam River and in the East by the East Sea.
