Nghe An Planning and Investment Department has sent an inviting notice to submit registration applications for land using investment projects, Vinh Riverside Urban Project in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city.

The project investment objective is to build a synchronous urban in terms of technical and social infrastructure in accordance with the general planning adjustment of Vinh city, Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 52/QD-TTg dated January 14, 2015; zoning planning scale 1/2000 Vinh Tan ward, Vinh City approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1578/QDUBND dated May 22, 2020, and detail construction planning of Vinh riverside urban scale 1/500 in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh City was approved by Nghe An Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1681/QD-UBND dated June 1, 2021;

Besides, establishing new living environment with high quality, close to nature, saving energy, according to sustainable development criteria; Harmoniously connect with urban landscape architecture and technical infrastructure system of neighboring functional areas...; contribute to create job vacancy, and socio-economic growth.

Construction land of the project is more than 20.08ha, of which land for housing construction is more than 6.9ha; adjacent residential and business land (88 lots) is more than 1.07ha; adjacent residential land (157 lots) is 2.14ha; land for villas (84 lots) is 2.3ha; social housing land is 1.4ha …

Population size is about 1,600 - 1,800 people. Total project implementation cost is about VND1,439.7 billion, of which construction costs (architecture, technical infrastructure, backup) is VND1,348.5 billion; site clearance compensation is about VND 91.15 billion; compensation, resettlement support costs is about VND 91.15 billion.

The project implementation period shall not exceed 50 years since land allocation date to investors. The project is expected to be completed within 5 years from eligibility date to start construction.

Investors interesting and desiring to register for project implementation must carry out procedures to be granted a digital certificate and submit a project implementation registration application on the National Procurement Network. Deadline for application submission of project implementation is 8:00 am on March 7, 2022.

Over the past time, the "big guys" such as Vingroup, Eurowindows, T&T, Mipec, ... along with local enterprises such as Truong Thinh Phat, Saigon - Trung Do Vinh, Golden City, Arita ... have poured thousands of billions of VND to Vinh city to implement real estate projects, which have contributed significantly changes of Vinh city appearance.
